Search criteria can include everything from contact responses to viewings to frequency of touches to click-thrus and more.
New Wave – WaveMaker 5.0 includes an Advanced Search query tool that enables multiple-database queries.
WaveMaker has an Advanced Search Query module in development. This module will compile and display information/lists from a series of pre-scripted queries, such as:
- Module can examine records for message-touch frequency
- Module can examine records for response activity
- Module can examine for combinations of responses
- Module can examine for combinations of activities
- Module can examine for combinations of web viewing
- Lists assembled from Query Module can be saved for outbound messaging or added to other lists
